Great news! As of January 17, 2023, Veterans can now access their full VA disability claim decision letters electronically online at https://www.va.gov/. Since launching, nearly 280,000 decision notice letters have been downloaded.
The new electronic option is expected to reduce calls to the VA National Call Centers; while freeing up VA Representatives to handle other questions/requests from Veterans and their eligible family members.
